Let’s go on a thrill ride with James Mangold’s action-packed and mood-lifting comedy with a perfect blend of romance Knight and Day. However, the movie is underrated, but the amazing stunts, jaw-dropping action, and the sizzling chemistry between the lead cast make the movie worth watching.

The story opens up with a meet-cute of  Roy (Tom Cruise), an eccentric spy with a killer sense of humour, and a small-town tomboy girl named June (Cameron), who end up on the same plane at the Boston airport.  The adventure begins when Roy uses June as a mule to carry an important device MacGuffin. Both travel from state to state and somehow, she becomes a part of his mission and fight against the mafia.

Knight and Day are one of the best movies of Gadot as she elevates the film with her charismatic appearance as Naomi, an accomplice to the criminals.

The crime thriller Triple 9 by John Hillcoat will keep you on the edge of your seats if you are a hardcore fan of cop movies as the story is full of twists with the action-packed finale.

The film features a crew of corrupt cops led by Marcus (Anthony Mackie) plots the murder of rookie police officer Chris Allen (Casey Affleck) with a group of gangsters when forced by the mastermind of Russian mobsters Irina (Kate Winslet) to figure out a way to manufacture 999, code for ‘officer down’ in order to pull off the biggest heist across the town. Their plan fails when Chris survives the attack which triggers him to find the shreds of evidence of corruption among the cops.

However, Gal Gadot’s character as Elena, little sister of Irina is small but it was meant to be played by her.

Wonder Woman 1984 is a sequel to 2017’s Wonder Woman. Diana Prince, a.k.a. Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), is back after saving the world in the last chapter of Wonder Woman. It’s 1984, and she works at the Smithsonian Institute of Washington, DC as a senior anthropologist and continues to fight against criminals.


Max Lord (Pedro Pascal), an oil tycoon and a former enemy of Diana, gets invited to visit the museum and observe its activities where he finds a mysterious Dreamstone which he has been searching for a long time as it has magical powers of wish-granting capabilities. While Diana and her colleague Barbara (Kristen Wiig) unknowingly use Dreamstone to fulfil their desires. Like Wonder Woman, Barbara wishes to become stronger and extremely beautiful. However, Diana uses it to revive her deceased boyfriend, Steve Trever (Chris Pine) and reawakens him in another man’s body.


Somehow Lord Maxwell steals it from Diana and becomes the embodiment of Dreamstone at the cost of his son’s life. Maxwell jeopardizes the world by fulfilling people’s wishes to take anything he wants from them in return. On the other hand, Diana learns that Dreamstone is made by the Duke of Deception, which means everything comes with a price.

Shawn Levy directs a romance comedic story Date Night that follows a series of action and thrill. The story revolves around a bored middle-aged couple Phil Foster (Steve Carell) and Clarrie (Tina Fey) trying hard to rekindle the lost spark in their relationship and plans a date night to spice it up to regain the chemistry and feel reconnected with each other.

The couple decides to dine out in one of Manhattan’s chic eateries without making reservations and finds the restaurant busy. Phil gets impulsive and steals someone else’s reservation. The trick works but little do they know they are inviting trouble and trouble duly arrives with an uproarious adventure to shake them up.

The movie works well with Fey and Carell’s portrayal of a pleasant couple. However, Gal Gadot appeared briefly as Natanya in the movie.

While they are being chased by the Diplomatic Security Service Agents team led by Luke Hobbs, a tough-minded agent who never misses the target and his assistant Elena Neves.
